Lifewell Parents Matrimony is a dedicated platform that helps parents and guardians
connect with compatible families for their differently-abled sons or daughters.
We are only a facilitator. We **do not guarantee marriage**, compatibility, or results.

Registration is voluntary. By joining, you confirm that the information submitted is
true, accurate, and given with free consent. Submitting false information may lead to
permanent suspension.

This platform follows the **Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (India)**.
We do not discriminate based on disability, religion, gender, caste, nationality, or background.

Lifewell Parents Matrimony does **not** provide medical, legal, psychological,
or financial counselling. All decisions regarding marriage, consent, guardianship, and
health are the sole responsibility of the families involved.

All profiles undergo manual review. Admin may request ID proof, disability documents,
or additional verification. Approval is based on standard checks, not authenticity guarantees.

Users must NOT:
- harass or abuse other members
- share private data without consent
- use the platform for business, fraud, or financial requests
- impersonate someone else

Suspicious activity may lead to removal.

Profiles may be suspended or terminated for providing false information,
abuse, misuse, illegal activity, or violating platform policies.

Lifewell Parents is **not responsible** for:
- incorrect information provided by users
- communication that happens outside the platform
- marriage outcomes or decisions taken by families
- financial or personal losses resulting from platform interactions

Lifewell Parents Matrimony collects a **one-time fee of ₹100 INR** exclusively for
server maintenance and platform operational costs.
This fee is **non-refundable**, regardless of profile approval, rejection, inactivity,
or marriage outcomes.
The payment does not guarantee matchmaking results or marriage.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Republic of India**.
The legal jurisdiction for any disputes shall be **Kerala**.
