Membership Fee & Refund Policy
  • Lifetime membership fee: INR 100 (one-time).
  • This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • No refund even if:
    • you do not receive proposals or matches,
    • your profile is rejected, suspended, or deleted, or
    • you voluntarily close your account.
No Guarantee of Marriage

Lifewell Parents is a facilitation platform. We connect families and differently-abled individuals, but we do not guarantee:

  • any specific number of proposals or responses,
  • engagement or marriage, or
  • success of any relationship formed.

Currently, Lifewell Parents charges a one-time membership fee of INR 100 (or equivalent in other currencies, where applicable) for creating and maintaining a profile on the platform.

No. The INR 100 membership fee is strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances. This applies even if you do not receive proposals, do not find a match, your profile is deactivated, or you voluntarily close your account.

No. Lifewell Parents is a platform to connect families and differently-abled individuals. We do not guarantee engagement, marriage, or any form of relationship. All decisions regarding proposals, meetings, engagement and marriage are taken solely by the families and individuals involved.

We provide: (a) a secure online platform to create profiles for differently-abled individuals; (b) filters and search tools to help families view compatible profiles; (c) a controlled communication channel where permitted by the platform. We do not provide counselling, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any form of guarantee.

Members and their families are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of information shared on profiles (such as disability details, medical history, education, job, income, family background, and personal habits). Lifewell Parents may conduct basic checks, but we do not provide any certification or legal guarantee about the truth or completeness of the information.

No. Lifewell Parents only facilitates initial contact between families. Any meetings, introductions, discussions, or arrangements (including financial transactions, dowry-related issues, property discussions, or other personal matters) are entirely outside our control. We are not responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or misunderstandings arising before, during, or after marriage.

Yes. Lifewell Parents reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or permanently remove any profile that violates our guidelines, appears fake or misleading, or is reported for misuse. In such cases, the membership fee remains non-refundable.

Yes. You can submit a delete request from your user dashboard. After verification, your profile will be deactivated and/or removed from public search. However, as stated, the membership fee is non-refundable even after deletion of the profile.

We aim to protect your personal data using reasonable technical and organisational measures. Access to sensitive information is restricted within the platform. However, no online system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. However, anonymised or aggregated data may be used for internal analytics, platform improvement, or general marketing insights. Any use of your data will be in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Profiles may be created by parents, guardians, or the differently-abled individual themself (where legally competent). By registering, you confirm that all information is true to the best of your knowledge and that you have the legal right to create the profile.

Yes. Lifewell Parents is specifically designed for differently-abled individuals and their families. Any misuse for non-eligible profiles or fake information can lead to immediate suspension without refund.

Use of the platform is subject to the Terms & Conditions and applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is registered. In case of any dispute, the courts having jurisdiction over the operator’s registered office shall have exclusive authority, unless otherwise required by local law.
