How do I create a profile?
Click on Register, fill your basic information, and wait for admin approval. Once approved, you can update full profile details including disability information, family details, etc.
How do I update my profile?
After login, go to Dashboard → Edit Profile. Update personal details, location, disability details, and partner preference. Save changes to update successfully.
How do I delete my profile?
Go to Dashboard → Request Delete. Submit a valid reason. The admin will review your request and update the status. Once deleted, your profile will be removed from public search.
How can I share a Success Story?
After login, visit Dashboard → Success Stories. Upload one couple photo and write your story. It will be visible publicly once approved by admin.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email. You will receive a reset link if your email exists in our system.
